External Hosting (Netcup)
This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. The use of the hoster is for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
Our hoster is: netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, D-76131 Karlsruhe. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with netcup.
Cloudflare
We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) provided by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). A CDN is a service that helps deliver content of our online offering, particularly large media files, faster and more securely.
Processing is carried out to safeguard our legitimate interests in ensuring the functionality and security of our website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare.
4. Data Collection on This Website
Server Log Files
The provider of these pages (Netcup) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Contact Form & Email Delivery (NUXOA GmbH)
When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) in the effective processing of inquiries.
For the technical delivery of emails from our system, we use the service provider NUXOA GmbH, Hauptstraße 20a, 82216 Maisach, Germany (formerly SignalTransmitter GmbH). A data processing agreement has been concluded with this provider.
5. Analytics Tools and Advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ('Google'), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics enables us to analyze the behavior of website visitors (e.g. page views, session duration, origin). We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission to the USA.
The use of this analytics tool is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR); consent can be revoked at any time via our cookie banner. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google.

Google reCAPTCHA
We use 'Google reCAPTCHA' (hereinafter 'reCAPTCHA') on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human or by an automated program (bot). For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics (e.g. IP address, time spent, or mouse movements). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our web offerings from abusive automated spying and SPAM.
